First Rate Auto Repair Service When I told the manager how happy I was with the service he suggested I write a review online about it. The service was helpful and friendly. The pricing was fair and the mechanic seemed to really know what he was talking about. I had my 2003 BMW repaired and I was very happy with the results.
Unorganized, hodge-podge operation! Every time I call I'm either on hold, or tossed about from one person to the other. First time I brought my car in for service, I did not know which way to go (where is the service entrance?) First, I though the name of the shop was European Auto Tech, but when I arrived at the shop's address the big sign read: Passport Motors. Second, no signs to direct me anywhere. I went to the front lobby and found no one in attendance. I went to the left side then the back of the shop, neither seemed ... read more
