Went to them a few times for various issues. Mainly a Check Engine Light on my ‘05 Carrera. Had them replace spark plugs, which did not solve the problem, and seal a vacuum line in my engine that also did not solve the problem. I am now having to replace the spark plugs only 3500 miles later at a different shop because EAS installed non-OEM parts, and installed them so loose the new shop unscrewed them by hand. Quoted me higher than the Mercedes dealership for service on my A Class. When I called back to discuss, said they'd called me back and never did. Stopped talking my calls after. I mean if you don't want to work on my vehicle I'm fine with it. But based on my experience, I don't believe they may be the "European car specialists" they claim to be.
