I have found Lou and his lovely wife and team are committed to Excellence. I trust Lou’s Experience, Wisdom AND Integrity to safely guide me through any repairs on any of our foreign vehicles. In fact, since we’re currently in another state, I actually considered driving the 986 miles just to get work done. The guy has been rated #1 in the Nation by BMW, among other accolades.
His excellence covers ALL our Jaguar, John Cooper Works and Acura needs. I trust him checking our a recent possible Lexus purchase. He’s the BEST…and just a GREAT guy committed to making his customers happy.

Hi my name is Rob. I’ve been bringing a lot of cars from Lexus to bmw to Porsche’s to Lue and his wife at the shop! I have dealt with slot of people who say they are technicians and mechanics but Lue really is and he really is great at it!By far he is the most honest mechanic/technician I’ve ever came across! No BS!!!! I needed a $3000 coolant system replaced on a bmw and that was his price, another dealer wanted $8000 because of the fact that the motor needed to be dropped to get to the coolant pipes that bmw are known for going bad! Lue suggested that I take it to the bmw dealer because there was a recall on this part! I did just that! Bmw gave me a new lender car to use and fixed my bmw free of charge! I would’ve never known anything about this if it wasn’t for Lue! He could’ve easily just charged me the $3000 that was a much better deal than the $8000 another dealer wanted but he know people can’t afford to pay that kind of money and cares about his clients! Lue is a great guy and does great work plus most of all he is very honest! Thank you again mr. Lue
