I brought my Mercedes 560SL in for an AC issue, and I couldn’t be happier with EAS. Ken was incredibly knowledgeable about classic Benz models and took the time to explain what needed to be done. As he was fixing the AC he did correct other non AC related issues as he saw them which is greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who treats a vintage car with this level of care and respect. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their R107 or C107 in expert hands. Thank you Ken, Ed and the team
Super knowledgeable about classic Mercedes as that is most all they work on. They are a busy shop in the summer so don't expect immediate appointments depending on how much you need done, but its worth the wait for their knowledge and quality work. Since sold my classic Merc but if I ever get another this is the only place in NE I would take it. I recommend them to anyone who asks where to service a classic Merc. EDIT: Ed, i think you are misunderstanding. Warranty did not want it spliced, you did. Warranty wanted to replace the entire harness, as that’s how repairs are done. They were waiting for you to send them the bill, in order to provide final approval, which they would have. Don’t mislead me and the public with this “number of phone calls”, “jumping through hoops” talk. It takes dealerships and other independent shops (your competitors) two weeks MAXIMUM.
