European Auto- very friendly and knowledgable – I have been taking my BMW to European Auto for 5 years now and have had nothing but great service. I originally brought my car to the dealer, they said I needed to replace the engine computer and numerous other things, and it was going to cost over $2000. European Auto Service in Tracy, CA is not a good place to take your vehicle. – I am VERY disappointed with the service I received at European Auto Service. If you care about your vehicle, don't take it here. I took my car in for an oil change and they told me I needed a new battery because the old one was drained. I bought a new battery, and now my radio does not work. They refuse to take responsibility saying "There is no proof the damage was done here".
