Took my wife's Mercedes here on a recommendation. Very pleased! Previously we only took her vehicle to the dealer and while we knew the dealers pricing was much higher, we didn't realize how much higher it was! European Auto Repair is exceptionally friendly, convenient and provides great work for around 50% less than the MB dealers in Nashville charge! Highly recommend!

Great guy! Honest in his work. He knows his stuff. Every time I have dropped my BMW off he has got to it within an hour
The owner Billy is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. He is a one man shop and does all the work himself. So his work is a reflection of him, which he takes great pride in. We moved to the area over a year ago and were fortunate enough to find him. Does great work, very honest, recommends repair / maintenance only if it's needed. 100% recommended.
If you are the “drop it off and I don’t care what it costs” kind of person, this is the shop for you. He’s old and grumpy and difficult but knows what he’s doing but it will cost you accordingly. If however you like to make informed decisions on your car and don’t like being billed the same money or more than the dealer would, probably not your shop. I don’t like attitude from people who think they have you at their mercy working on your car.
