The owner Billy is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. He is a one man shop and does all the work himself. So his work is a reflection of him, which he takes great pride in. We moved to the area over a year ago and were fortunate enough to find him. Does great work, very honest, recommends repair / maintenance only if it's needed. 100% recommended.
If you are the “drop it off and I don’t care what it costs” kind of person, this is the shop for you. He’s old and grumpy and difficult but knows what he’s doing but it will cost you accordingly. If however you like to make informed decisions on your car and don’t like being billed the same money or more than the dealer would, probably not your shop. I don’t like attitude from people who think they have you at their mercy working on your car.
Billy has been servicing/repairing my BMW X5 for 2 and a half years now. He does an excellent professional job and is extremely trustworthy!
European Auto (Billy) has worked on my BMW's for 15 years. Great mechanic and an even better guy. His knowledge is amazing on keeping both new and older BMW's serviced and on the road at a reasonable price. Anyone with a European car out of warranty needs a great independent mechanic as the dealer charges outrageous $$ and is far away from Hendersonville. Plus if your BMW is 10 years old the dealer techs likely are going to have less knowledge than Billy.
