From the first phone call to current time/date, the folks, especially Sean--who took the time for the inception phone call all the way through to completion of repair, were fantastic! From my experience (as well as a few other people I know) coming across a knowledgeable and ethical shop is something special--heck, it is why a friend of mine referred Swedish Automotive.

In summary, I was impressed by the thoroughness of their work, and also by their integrity. I took my car to Swedish Automotive to get some work done that was recommended by the dealer. They are two blocks away from my house, whereas the dealer is approx 10 miles away, so it was convenient. I needed to get the AC fixed, and the dealer had recommended front control arm bushings replacement. I've been taking my Volvos to Swedish Automotive for over 20 years because the team there is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. They do a great job explaining the work and their pricing is really reasonable. They've been great at helping me maintain my cars and when I have something that comes up unexpectedly. Its such a relief to a trusted mechanic!
