I took my MB in for a routine service and to look into an error message that had recently popped up and was very happy with the experience that I received. I initially emailed in to get a quote on the work. The response was timely and informational. Scheduling and dropping off my vehicle for service was convenient and easy. Great customer service very knowledgeable and excellent job all around
This garage has the nicest, friendliest people working there. The garage itself is very clean and work is done in a timely manner, whilst they consult with you all the way through the process. Even after 3 weeks they checked it to make sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend if you own a Subaru
These guys are great. They're super professional, the office is the cleanest garage office outside of a dealership I have ever entered, and they're very easy and accommodating to schedule with. Personally I had to reschedule twice and never once did I feel like I was being treated with distrust or impatience. I am experiencing a strange rumbling on my 2018 Merc compact SUV which I am working on isolating and troubleshooting with them.
