We brought our 2918 Subaru Forester in for 60K maintenance. Our experience was very positive: excellent communication and explanation of needed services, prices, and future recommendations. Use of a loaner car was extremely helpful. We will return for needed services and recommend Swedish Automotive to others.

great service! although there was a line of people to check in vehicles (everyone arrived right at 7:30a when they opened), Sean and Taylor got everyone through pretty quickly. although I only requested oil change and new filters, they included additional diagnostics which raised a few other issues. while most of the issues were not urgent, it was good to be aware of potential upcoming issues and quite helpful that they addressed the potential rodent issue. (signs of rodents finding the engine for warmth but no damage.)

Paid $300 to get in the door, minimum charge to pop the hood and take a look. No issues here, everyone has to pay the bills. But fair warning. Next they test drove my car trying to reproduce the issue (loss of turbo boost). No issues here, but they were not successful. If they had stopped here and called me, I would have completely understood. Lame that they had no way of figuring it out anyway (pressure test, smoke test) but so be it. Sean and the Swedish team take the time to do thorough work, walk customers through their processes, explain the cause and effect in a simple, clear way. I have always found their diagnosis to be the right recommendation at the right time. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable.
