Their rare expertise and fascinating anecdotes make them a pleasure to work with. They CARE. Honest, fair, detailed, organized, thorough, above all... passionate! It's been years since I serviced my VW Jetta here but when I lived in Lincoln Park I came here regularly and dealt with a service writer by the name of "Helmut". I've long wondered what happened to him as, again, years ago, I was riding my bicycle home from a rugby tournament and encountered a flat tire at the confluence of Clark, Broadway and Diversey. I have a 1978 Rolls Shadow 2 (purchased new in 1978). Most of the mechanics who have worked on my car have retired through the years and authorized dealers have no clue what to do on these older cars.
