Best Peugeot Citroen Renault Alfa and Fiat parts suppliers in Oz with parts warehouses In both Sydney and Melbourne with staff with decades of french car parts knowledge No they don't do BMW. Their clients aren't that stupid to own a bmw let alone fix them Plenty of alternatives for German BMW rubbish car parts But these guys are your number one for french and Italian car parts without a doubt Martin and Terence are the best sales people with this company
My past and present experiences have been positively good ones. Martin at the Sydney branch is very knowledgeable and positively very helpful. His customer service skills match his knowledge especially on Citroën cars. Hard to please everyone especially some of those ‘so called’ experienced mechanics that should know better. People/staff like Martin are not easy to find, trick is…. How to keep good staff. Regards, Johannes. (Another happy customer)
Good range of parts for French cars, knowledgable staff.
A big 5 stars for the company and Johnathan A…. in particular. We are stuck in Broome, WA and Johnathan went out of his way to help us get the part we needed within a timely manner. JP ordered the part late on 30/9/24 from the Sydney branch after speaking with Johnathan, it was shipped on 1/10/24 and arrived today 3/10/2024. We paid the premium delivery charge of $27 which we thought was very reasonable considering it had to get to us from the other side of the country quickly. Their warranty is not worth the paper its written on. Stephen Mitchell told me I don't know how to fit a water pump. I have over 40 years of experience with Fiat. there is no loyalty or duty of care from this company. we have purchased a lot of product from this company, but never again. Please see Stephen Mitchell's reply to my original review above I am shocked at the response from Stephen. He is referring to the water pump being fitted with an "o" ring seal. There is no such "0" ring seal fitted to a Fiat 500 water pump. ... read more
