I have a 2016 Audi A3 etron. I love this car and I hope to drive it forever. I had a warning light come on, and after being frustrated with a different auto shop, a friend recommended European Auto Hause. Fares found an issue with the hybrid battery system, and he immediately contacted me to let me know that this was likely a warranty repair, he stopped all work on the car, and said I should immediately take it to a dealership. I brought my wife's 2017 VW Beetle here to have the rear brakes checked, because we knew it was about time for replacement. After doing a full inspection of the car they recommended replacing the rear brake pads and rotors, and also let us know everything else was in good shape mechanically.
