It is ONLY Because I go to European Auto Hause, that i was able to buy my 'New' 10 year old Beetle convertible (a week after rolling over in my 21 year old Beetle), and still sleep at night knowing I would be OK. They are HONEST mechanics, friendly, and i love how easy I can make an appointment online. AND!!! Last week picking up Dub (yes my car's name is Dub; as in Vee-Dub), a new friend!
Brought in my 2013 Audi A4 in with appointment for an oil drip from the drain plug and a brake fluid change. Problem was diagnosed, as a wrong drain plug and washer installed by the Audi dealer during previous oil change and quickly fixed by EAH. Good communication with follow up on cost and time of a pickup.
They make you feel like family and they do an excellent job. My A7 is happier and runs so much better than before!
Great service as always! Oil changed within an hour with ease of appointment. Highly recommend!
