Brought in my Toyota Tacoma to have my AC Compressor and Condenser replaced. The price for installation of my parts was un-beatable and the entire install was done quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the process. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional and treated us like family. We will continue to use European Auto Care for all of our cars!
I took my car there, a Lexus, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it for a great price! Very honest people, family owned, and genuine workers. Will definitely make European Auto Care my go-to for all of my maintenance needs.
Totally unreliable - made an appointment to meet with staff to review problem with my car and they left before I got there after I took off from work early. Had vehicle in shop on 2 occasions all day and after spending almost $1000 the problem still exists and now they want to keep the vehicle for 2 more days. First they said one thing, then something else then something else and then blamed me for wanted my car back fast after taking off 3 days from work early and 2 full days - I've had ENOUGH! Not truthful or knowledgable.
