Terrible customer service. I came to look at a car and I thought that he was just leaving to take another customer on a test drive but 20 minutes later they still had not returned he said nothing to me and was very cold. I will not be doing any business here.
I bought a car here recently. When I first saw the car I took it for a test drive and everything sounded fine in the engine (I know little about cars). I asked the salesman if he gets the cars inspected by a mechanic before selling them. He said "no" but reassured me that he used to be a mechanic and he inspects them himself and the car looks good. Since then I have been to the mechanic twice and spent $1300 getting the car repaired (I've only had it for less than a week). The car was clearly not inspected or ready to sell. ... read more
