Bought a last minute Christmas present here, couldn't ask for better customer service from the owner. Was a pleasant shopping experience, she wrapped stained glass item with great care. The gift I gave from here was loved an especially when I added it was from a local business, that's important these days.
I called to ask for quotation for my center table top glass but the lady that who answered the phone is super rude. As a person that is asking for assistance and doesnt know how to get the measurement and type of the glass. She is def not the right person to talk to and answer the phone for the customer.

Travelled from Edmonton to visit family in Manitoba, very excitedly thinking I will get supplies while in city! Nothing on their website about being closed. Nothing on Google. Nothing on the door. I call the number when I'm outside, which costs me money since I'm out of province, only to find out they are CLOSED for two weeks. Super unprofessional. Really unimpressed with the lack of signage! Even a sign on the door would have been nice! Nice to give your staff some time off, but at least have some information so I don't go ... read more
