there was a production issue with our big sliding doors. Patrick did not call back nor email to deal with this matter. it was obviously a mistake to buy from them if they dont adhere to basic business etikette: service. we spent thousands of dollars and now have a non functioning door.
Was sent to European Architectural Supply by Matt Risinger. Asked for a simple quote and they could not be bothered with even calling me back. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
We at Macht Architecture have worked with EAS on multiple projects. They are knowledgeable and have excellent products that exceed the many of the options available in the USA. They have been around quite a long time and I excited to continue working with them in the future.
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with EAS. I am a residential contractor who ordered Schuco Living 82 windows and doors from EAS for the first time. The buying experience went well. I picked up the order in lieu of delivery. The windows traveled across the Atlantic from the factory they were made in, and they were in beautiful shape. These Schuco windows and doors are so superior to American made counterparts.
