The whole gang at EAS were awesome. Pre-sale and post-sales both. They were very knowledgeable that helped tremendously in the product selection and they were there with excellent customer support long after the sale. there was a production issue with our big sliding doors. Patrick did not call back nor email to deal with this matter. it was obviously a mistake to buy from them if they dont adhere to basic business etikette: service. we spent thousands of dollars and now have a non functioning door.
Was sent to European Architectural Supply by Matt Risinger. Asked for a simple quote and they could not be bothered with even calling me back. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
We at Macht Architecture have worked with EAS on multiple projects. They are knowledgeable and have excellent products that exceed the many of the options available in the USA. They have been around quite a long time and I excited to continue working with them in the future.
