I got my nails filled on Friday night. The guy who did the fill was on his bluetooth the entire time, sanded the sides of my nails until they bled (literally), AND today, two of my nails have fallen off. When I went to the drying station afterwards, even though I was the ONLY customer there, they all were playing with their phones and didn't tell me when I was done.
