I have a neck Injury/Disability that Restricts all upward/downward motion of my neck. I Never Knew how rude and un accommodating eye clinics can be in 2025 to people with disabilities. Fortunately i found Europe eye clinic. They assured me the would work with me over the phone and surely they did. I couldn’t use any of their normal medical devices. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and doctor Lee is always great! Sophia is very kind and friendly always takes the time to explain everything to you in a way you can understand.
I was unsure of what coverage I had through my insurance, and what kind of glasses that I wanted to purchase. Sophia was awesome getting my information and explaining my benefits for frames. Nicole then explained to me my options for lenses, providing me with all the info I needed to make a decision.
