Got our exam done in June; picked out the glasses for our daughter with measurements. Since there was no call from the clinic for 3 months, we stopped by to see if there were any problems with the billing or if we happened to miss their call. Their answer was they don’t have our glasses, or have a record that any glasses were ordered in last 12 months. Our whole family has been going to this place for more than 20 years. It’s saddened to see the changes in staff along with their services. Missing James & the previous Team!

I have a neck Injury/Disability that Restricts all upward/downward motion of my neck. I Never Knew how rude and un accommodating eye clinics can be in 2025 to people with disabilities. Fortunately i found Europe eye clinic. They assured me the would work with me over the phone and surely they did. I couldn’t use any of their normal medical devices.
