I utilized enterprise for my rental car needs when my car was in the shop. The experience was fast, efficient and excellent customer service. I truly appreciated Britney. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and pick the right car for me. She explained all the features and made sure my Bluetooth was connected before I drove off. Me and my husband have been to this location 3 times since being in an accident and repairs taking longer than expected. Each time the team has been super helpful, friendly and very easy to work with! If we need another rental, we will definitely be coming back to this location!
The people at this branch are great to work with. I had a problem with being too tall to rent the level i was hoping for, but they offered a discount on a bigger model. I wasn't pleased with the company policies but this review is for the branch specifically. Not huge options at this branch that i could fit into, but the location is great. I had to go way higher than i would've liked. If you're a tall person, you may need to shop around for a car you fit in these days.
Love renting cars here fast, easy, and friendly.
