I went with farmers insurance covering my rental during my cars body work. Enterprise gave a smaller size hatch back which is a downgrade from what I was suppose to get, they just say they don't have any other options during pick up. That rental car felt like the engine will break any time and lot of rattling sound, basically it was a scrap car. While picking up rental they were happy to pick me up from body shop, but while returning they won't give drop off, lol..
They treated me right.
Enterprise is my go to rental. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I rarely have to wait on rent or return. Great company and amazing people. Thanks!
Great customer service and a nice car but they do not allow drop off returns and they are closed on Sunday.
Car was in great new and clean condition, customer service was friendly, and they offered me a ride a few miles after I dropped my car off and needed to get to a bus station. I was happy with this rental experience
