We had a great experience with the manager, Javian, who handled our service rental at Enterprise! He was professional, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire rental process smooth and easy, explained the charges, and helped us get the perfect vehicle to accommodate an event we were hosting last weekend. Loved driving the BMW X7! We had a great experience at this location at 9292 Miramar Rd in San Diego. We rented a vehicle but didn’t realize this location was further away from our RV campground than we realized. We stopped at an Enterprise location at 2780 Garnet Avenue just 8 minutes from our Mission Bay RV campground to see if they could help us with a solution. The young woman there was rude and it was clear she didn’t want to help us at all.
