I had been promised an EV for my rental but was told when I picked up my car that one was not available, even though it was the next day that I received my car. I was told that I be given a different car when one became available. I was never notified even though I had the rental car for more than a month.
Very professional very helpful and friendly. Got pickup and drop off and good toddlers seat for our travel. Would select again definitely.
The gang at Enterprise have been unfailingly courteous and helpful, and exceedingly kind for the last year. Life without a car is difficult, so I appreciate the pick ups and drop offs. Thank you all, and a Happy 2025 to you.
