Shorter version of review: The owner forgot my order but lied to my face and spoke in the third person to my boyfriend about how I never replied back to her about ordering half of dozen cupcakes. I showed her the proof of our conversation and that yes, I did reply. She said nothing except "sorry". So, we live in san diego. My wife has gluten issues. I knew we would be here on my wife's birthday. I called and set up the cake weeks in advance. She had the cake for me on a day the store wasn't open. The cake was better than any gluten full cake. Thanks for going above and beyond.
Hired them to make cupcakes and a small cake for my daughter’s wedding. Monica then backed out and told us she was traveling and couldn’t do it. Come to find out, my good friends son was getting married the same day and she backed out on us to do the other wedding!! Do not trust this place!!!
my husband bought me a birthday cake from here and it turned out great. it was surprisingly moist and delicious as well as the cake being exactly what he described over the phone. 10/10 recommend for a classic heart shaped cake.
I ordered carrot cake cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday last Friday for Saturday. I realize it was a short notice order, and I could have been told that it was too short of notice. However, I was told they would have enough “leftover” from a carrot cake wedding cake that was being made that would be enough for a dozen cupcakes. So I went ahead with the order.
