The group I was traveling with used Europe At COST NY-USA. We traveled to Rome in March 2017. EAC chose Hotel Palatino in Rome for us to stay in while in Rome. When we arrived at the hotel our tour guide which works for EAC told us the porters would take our luggage to our rooms. When I got to my room my husband's luggage was there but mine wasn't.
