Very disappointed. Customer service is very poor. Called europcar several times with a simple request to get a flat tyre repaired but kept getting passed around. Ended up speaking to Tarik who was rude and seemed unwilling to help. He refused to pass the call to a manager saying the manager would say the same thing. Their breakdown service is pointless as the earliest available date was 3 days after the call and a day after the rental finishes. They refused to offer a replacement vehicle as well.
