If I could give this company zero stars, it wouldn’t convey how incompetent and unprofessional they are.
It's unbelievable that this company continues to provide bad service, proof is in the pudding. The amount of one star reviews speaks for itself . I will definitely not be hiring from this company. I received a bad service just enquiring just imagine what issues I will encounter afterwards. This company should not be operating anywhere especially Australia. Rented a Kia K4 or equivalent. When I got to the counter the man put the keys he had aside and got different keys. I thought this was odd. I was not told anything was different and sent to find the car at Melbourne Airport. I was instead downgraded to a Venue. I figured it would do as I was travelling alone. Tiny useless car that struggled to do 100km an hour. I have asked for a refund of the price difference of about $30 a day… i rented the car Tuesday to Friday. Awesome service from all i encountered
I rented a car of Europe’s in Brisbane for a total of 6 hours, it was just an overnight car to get to and from the airport and was kept under cover over night, when I returned the car I was hit with a $970 fee the next week for damages to the bonnet caused by hail. Although there was no hail on the night I was there and the car was parked in a garage over night. I would not recommend Europe car as the try make you pay for damages you didn’t cause. Not a good experience
