For my first time it was great! I got a pedi appointment on the same day, I was waited a bit since there were other customers but I'm patient! They do accept credit card so thats great for someone who doesn't have cash on them all the time but I needed to get cash (went to the store) to get the tip (when I called they said I needed cash for tip) but other then that totally will come again. $30+ tip for pedi is steep when ive seen $20 with tip but that's fine. I have been going to Europa since it opened. I have moved all over and still drive to Cedar Grove every two weeks for my nails. So clean and professional. The women are beyond sweet and helpful. You can tell they love what they do. I bite my nails and they clean them up every time. It is so relaxing to zone out there and enjoy pampering. They never rush through the job but also don’t take hours. I Will never stop going to Europa! Highly recommend!!

Very unhappy with the service. Went there for a gell manicure. It didn't last even a week and it started to pill off. Went back to be fixed, and the first response was, "Did you call for appointment, you should have called us to see if we have time." Really??? Anyway, the lady did redo it. However, 4 days later, a similar problem... I am not sure if it is the gell materials, curing lights... but from my perspective, it's not worthing going back!
