Horribly rude interaction. I was going to check out the store but I stopped and was having a pleasant talk with the birds outside(bird was dancing and talking to me) I saw her just standing at the Glassdoor watching me through the window. I continued going to each bird, she comes out to the bird I’m talking to and tries to usher to bird away from me, “come here baby come to mama”. Was gonna shop here and decided not to. I went to say hi to the birds and didn’t see the sign other than the one on top of the cages. Some lady came running out and yelling at me. Like dude do you see your crappy reviews? Like be so for real. Maybe change your customer service and learn how to post an actual sign. Ridiculous.
I stopped by to look at some pet parrots out front and she came out yelling at me that she’s the owner that I can’t take pictures or videos. She was very scary! She starts pointing at some paper signs behind her about not taking a photo or video and being very rude about how did I not see the signs and I said no I didn’t see them, I was looking at the birds. I am devastated and furious with the complete failure of this flower shop. I paid $1,000 for an arrangement of white roses to honor my cousin, who recently passed away. This was a deeply personal and emotional day, and the flowers were meant to reflect the purity and beauty of her memory. Not only did they forget the date, but when they finally showed up, the arrangement was NOTHING like what I ordered — no white roses at all.
