I had a great time with Mikie this week. She was enthusiastic about what I wanted to do with my hair, took the time to do it right, and surpassed expectations with the result. Bonus, everyone else I watched walk out the door while she was working looked amazing. They do a great job here, and the Aveda line is always amazing.
It has been a bit of a stressful and emotional holiday season so decided I needed a little TLC. I went to Europa for a 60 min massage by Emily (thanks to my 2nd grade Rice teammates!!) and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Very friendly and felt amazing! I would highly recommend it!! Today I had my haircut by Naomi, and I couldn’t have done it better myself!! I’m a stylist and VERY picky!!! She exceeded my expectations, and I cannot wait to have her color my hair in January!
I have been going to Europa for various services for 10 years. I haven't really ever felt like a valued customer though I liked my service providers a great deal. I suspected that the management lacked effective leadership. I continued to go but over the years, the service providers I had developed a relationship with one by one left.
