Great building especially with the new renovations! Great location and well managed.
Love the location, walking distance to sea wall, Costco, stadiums, and most of the events happening in the downtown area. The building is also maintained pretty well!
Building maintenance now fully caught up modernizing elevators/gym, and moving further away from pandemic the neighbourhood has improved immensely
