Took over 3 hours to do basic nails extensions and she was extremely rough. I kept telling her she was hurting me but she just kept being extremely rough. She kept nicking my fingers with the drill and the nail file. My fingers were literally red after. Even just the nail file it was hurting when she was using it because she put too much pressure.
