I brought my car to Eurompire the week of 12/3 for a diagnostic visit regarding a check engine light. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was incorrect, and the shop reported inaccurate mileage to Carfax. Additionally, after the visit, I noticed that my engine cover was missing. It was on the car when I dropped it off, and despite following up with the shop, they could not locate it.
