Second time within a few months that Eric and his team helped me with my C 250 Mercedes ! They even allowed me to bring the required part in to be installed ! Great experience, office staff is also friendly and helpful ! Bring your European car here...they are experts in their field ! Thank you !
The office staff at this were below par and so was the assistant mechanic. Kudos for squeezing me in at last moments, albeit when probed a bit about the replacement or repair as needed the senior mechanic seems to be a little bit too sarcastic in his approach. Didn't have this sort of experience with them on a repeat basis but that's what I have found progressively getting worse over the time. Stay away. Took my vw here a month ago for an allignment and a gasket replacement. An hour or so after dropping off the vehicle I received a call from Eric (owner) telling me that the allignment could not be done and proceeded to tell me the car is a lost cause. Did not bother to replace the gasket and told me it was incorrect when it was in fact the correct gasket as shown below.
