An independent who costs more than a dealer? What? I am the stupid one of course, but when I challenged the quote, Fez went on the defensive telling me that in order to run a business he needed to charge 1 hour labour per brake rotor and pad fitting, versus the dealership which quoted 1.2hours for 2. Said that’s what he quotes everyone. Fine I said, how will your business run without repeat customers. Once and done and i recommend comparisons with other businesses before going here…

Brought my VW Golf for logbook servicing for the first time. I also requested for a passenger side mirror replacement at the same time. Farzam and his guys did a wonderful job on both requests and being transparent upfront. Will definitely return to them for any future servicing.
