This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any car dealership — and it’s shocking that this comes from a company that deals with premium cars. When we raised these issues with the management, the General Manager responded as if everything had been handled properly, tried to shift the blame onto us, and did not even apologise for what their teams had done.
