To say that Robert went above and beyond for me to help get the battery changed in my boyfriend’s VW would be an understatement! I was in a unique position, and he was absolutely amazing! Awful customer service. Robert yelled at us and needs to retire. Took a week to finish and couldn’t give us an estimate of when it would be done. overcharged me. Do not go here. 0/10 don’t recommend
