placed an order for a rear spoiler for my G87 on the 16 September and at the time I was told delivery would take “approximately 4 weeks” (with a promise to be informed of any changes). Recently got an exhaust fitted to my RS5. Dealt with bossman Taylor who was exceptionally good enough to fit me in earlier on a weekend job. I received fantastic hospitality from all especially reception staff Melissa. Euroflow are now my go to mechanic
I booked my car for a stage 2 pop and crackle tune that costed me $3000. and the day I picked it up they did the wrong tune which was a normal one and hand it to me without telling me anything. I called them the day after to fix it they told me something was wrong and we will talk to our tuner and reflush your car. Waited for 2 weeks they told me the same thing. I purchased a Maxton Rear Valance diffuser for my Volkswagen Golf R Mk7, and the item is completely faulty and not fit for purpose. It does not fit my 2016 MK7 R as advertised and is therefore not of satisfactory quality or as described. This is a clear breach of consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Section 54 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which require goods to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
