I purchased a Maxton Rear Valance diffuser for my Volkswagen Golf R Mk7, and the item is completely faulty and not fit for purpose. It does not fit my 2016 MK7 R as advertised and is therefore not of satisfactory quality or as described. It's took more than 6 weeks to arrived. On 6th week I called to cancel my order and ask money to refunded but next 2 days they sent the item and not refund my money. Very bad experience with this business.
Ordered parts online, very good service.
Poor communication, no updates on my order, when followed up, advised order arrived for click and collect. Drove over an hour to go collect and then advised its not here and instead its been posted to me/now with auspost. My first time shopping with euroflow and I think it will be the last.
Had some issues with my order, but they did help to get them sorted. Thats the benefit of supporting a local company.
