I booked my car for a stage 2 pop and crackle tune that costed me $3000. and the day I picked it up they did the wrong tune which was a normal one and hand it to me without telling me anything. I called them the day after to fix it they told me something was wrong and we will talk to our tuner and reflush your car. Waited for 2 weeks they told me the same thing. I purchased a Maxton Rear Valance diffuser for my Volkswagen Golf R Mk7, and the item is completely faulty and not fit for purpose. It does not fit my 2016 MK7 R as advertised and is therefore not of satisfactory quality or as described. It's took more than 6 weeks to arrived. On 6th week I called to cancel my order and ask money to refunded but next 2 days they sent the item and not refund my money. Very bad experience with this business.
