Poor communication, no updates on my order, when followed up, advised order arrived for click and collect. Drove over an hour to go collect and then advised its not here and instead its been posted to me/now with auspost. My first time shopping with euroflow and I think it will be the last.
Had some issues with my order, but they did help to get them sorted. Thats the benefit of supporting a local company.
Super helpful and responsive till they have your money, good luck getting a reply after that.
Purchased a JCR exhaust and Taylor was amazing every step of the way. Best customer service I have received in a very long time. Massive integrity and highly trustworthy organisation. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a new exhaust. Thanks for everything Taylor. Cheers Justin.
Unfortunately my experience has been nothing but dissapointing. I have patiently tried to give them the benefit of resolving issues on my C63. There is a catalogue now of issues: 1) The kit arrived 4 weeks late than what was originally promised 2) The first attempt at install failed with equipment coming loose 3) The app does not read information from the OBD correctly - I was told the app was generic and wouldn't read my car.
