I went to have my annual service and MOT this year and they replaced one of the front lower suspension arms. When I got home and checked my invoice from last year, I noticed that they had replaced both front lower suspension arms on my car last year. The car has done less than 2000 miles since then so it can’t have worn out that quickly. They were ignoring my emails so I went in to query it and was told it had perished so quickly because they use cheap parts and because the vehicle has been sat for a long time.
