Came here to pick up some sample bottles and was amazed at how impatient, and full of attitude the worker was with me. just because I needed a little extra help finding the right form, instead of helping she got frustrated and was saying no one knows what they need as if we’re supposed to be as educated as her.I was going to leave it at that but I saw her laughing on her way back in. The front reception lady has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced in my LIFE. Condescending, rude, and everything but helpful to customers, even to those with long-standing contracts. After several bad interactions over the years and trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, I am taking my business elsewhere IMMEDIATELY because she only proved that being incredibly rude was her intention after all.
