By far the best dealership experience I've ever had. Everyone there was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nico and Kyle were big helps when it came to figuring out what bike was the best fit for me. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to which instantly earn them a five star review in my book.
Brought my c400x with three different problems one of them was stalling Kyle was very good in communication keep the scooter to ensure all problems are solved and was very impressed with his customer service and this was not my previous experiences when I was at Euro cycle I will be back for more services
I've been visiting this dealership since 2007. I've seen a lot of changes in staff in that time. The current team of John, Kyle and Diaz has been great to work with both in sales and service on my Aprilia Tuareg and BMW GS. They are a small team but have been always provided excellent customer service in my experience.
Pretty bad service. They didn’t stop taking amongst themselves to even acknowledge me. They acted like I was bothering them by going in there. Felt very unwelcome. I asked about a test ride they said they don’t do them. I see other reviewers mention test rides. I don’t get it. I certainly don’t look or act like a degenerate. I was with my wife. Just a word about EuroCycle and specifically John Stewart. Thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience thanks in large part to John. Never met this gent before but he treated my wife, myself, and our dog like family. Loved it all. Beautiful showroom full of exotic toys. Spend some time here…you wont regret it. Thanks John!
