Nico helped me with the purchase of my bike! Was all easy and smooth!
2 - 3 years ago I bought a motorcycle from them. They told me it was a 2022 model, however I just found out that it was a 2021. On my insurance it says 2022, however after paying it off and receiving the title it says 2021. It was my first motorcycle that I bought brand new and I fell for shady sales tactics. A little late to review, but I dont recommend going here for first time buyers. They'll probably pull the wool over your eyes.
I called and called and no one answers I get transferred to Las Vegas you’d think a bmw dealer would pick up for a sale Update I had Nico call me back just to transfer me to parts and then rang 3 times and got the answering machine I’ll just go to bmw of San Francisco motorcycle at least they picked up
My first experience with this dealership was very good. I spoke with the GM and he was motivated to sell my wife and I a couple of BMWs. It was this experience that had me coming back for a second time to negotiate a deal on the bikes we were looking at. Unfortunately my second experience was awful and a massive waste of my time. I hate posting bad reviews, but since I have received zero response from the GM or the owner after multiple attempts to contact, here we are. I’ll just post my ignored email to them as the review.
