We used the company because under the old ownership they were fantastic. Now that they got bought, the experience was absolutely terrible. Worst quality in windows and now that we are trying to get a warranty claim in, they won't pick up the phone or answers our emails and letters. I would stay away from this company!

Very disappointed. I had an order with them, they delivered the door without frame, I paid installers to come to install the door and they discovered there is no frame. Eurocraft delivered the frame in 1 week after I reported. So I asked for some discount, from the start they said yes, we can work on that. After a month of calling they telling can’t do anything. So , very bad service and communication.
