Very disappointed. I had an order with them, they delivered the door without frame, I paid installers to come to install the door and they discovered there is no frame. Eurocraft delivered the frame in 1 week after I reported. So I asked for some discount, from the start they said yes, we can work on that. After a month of calling they telling can’t do anything. So , very bad service and communication.

Si hubiera una estrella delante de la primera, así catalogaría, el pésimo trabajo de esta horrible compañía. Me cambiaron el techo de mi casa, y las tablas con comején me las dejaron, se llevaron los trabajadores las tablas nuevas que teajeron para cambiar, a los pocos días hubo heces de comején en mi portal y el jefe de la cuadrilla me dijo que era el material que habían puesto que eso no era comején, llamé a la jefe de proyectos sra. Two stars because I do like the windows and doors look, now that it is finally finished. Paid for 60% of windows in July 2023. Was told 8-10 weeks, and that turned into over 4 months. Installation was just completed on April 10th, 2024. French doors came with malfunctioning lock which prevented us from securing our home for several weeks. Sliding glass doors came with no handles/locking mechanism so had to use 2x2s to secure those for several weeks, and had to deal with gap between doors allowing mosquitos and gnats into our... read more
