If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Their customer service is an absolute joke. They almost never answer the phone, and when they finally do, you’re treated like you’re bothering them for simply trying to do business. The level of disrespect is unbelievable. If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t expect patience or professionalism. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Trying to reach someone by phone was nearly impossible, as they rarely answered calls or returned messages. On the occasions I did get through, the customer service was unprofessional and came across as rude. What made the experience even worse was feeling like I was treated differently because I don’t speak Spanish fluently. Do not buy any windows and doors from this company, I spent over $150,000 and in less than a few months I called them to report the problems and they said that there was nothing they can do because I had no warranty this is unacceptable after spending all this money they have no warranty. Stay away from this people.
