This place radiated a pretentious and unwelcoming vibe that left me feeling physically ill
I can't say enough GOOD things about this place. Beautiful collection of well priced frames and watches.(if they dont have it they can order it!) Andy was extremely professional and courteous. when I told him I purchased the wrong frames he reassured me that we could exchange them for another frame. If you're looking for a place with people that are happy to help come here.
(1) I had been working with the same sales associate for years, and they are no longer with the store. (2) The business has since moved to a new location, which is less convenient due to heavy traffic and limited parking. (3) I called twice for help locating the new address, but the associate I spoke with wasn’t helpful. On my third attempt, someone finally gave clear directions. Went in after seeing one of their ads. I was greeted by Christina, the owners wife, who was lovely. She introduced me to Veronica, who was great and showed me all the glasses I wanted to see. I came in to just check things out, but ended up buying three pairs of glasses. As someone who has worn glasses my whole life, I have never been to place with such a high-end and niche selection.
