Spent some time trying to better understand a tune and some oddities on a tune provided by eurocharged on a vehicle I recently acquired. I spoke with Sean 2 times and he recommended that a TCU tune could address some boost limitations I was seeing. I eventually took my car to a local shop and they recommended I talk to Eurocharged as he felt the TCU may not address my concerns and it may need retuned. When it comes to tuners, Sean with Eurocharged is one of a kind! Despite myself being new to Mercedes as a platform, Sean was patient with all of my questions and helped to ensure that my car is running top notch. A+ company and A+ tuner!
First or tune is amazing. Second of the support and customer service from them is unmatched. I was dealing with sean for most of the time. Had a slight little issue he helped work it out and made it right and stuck to his word. Great company and great tune.
Let me start off by saying Jerry and Sean are amazing to work with. Had an issue with another competitors ECU tune and reached out to Jerry and be got me set up with their stage 2 ECU tune and I had it within 2 days. Sean the tuner was on top of things and helped me with the remote retune and made the process smooth and easy. I can’t say enough about this company and the service I’ve received from them. They will definitely be my go to from now on for any tuning. Thanks Guys!!!!
