Asked basic questions about moving from Stage 1 to Stage 2 on my C43 and got dismissive, one-line replies with incorrect info (like being told downpipes “have nothing to do with tuning”). When I clarified, he just gave the message a “👍” and stopped responding. If this is how they communicate before taking more money, I don’t trust them with my car afterward. Plenty of tuners actually know the platform and treat customers with respect — this wasn’t one of them.
Once these people get your money customer service becomes nonexistent. Want to tweak the tune? No response. Want to add x, y, or z? No response. Your car blow up after their tune? Most likely blocked..
Bayhas is an amazing tuner and mechanic. Having been here several times for various tunes, a new exhaust installation, and general A2 maintenance I can tell you I’d rather bring my car here than a dealership. He seems to know more than they do and has caught some things that they missed or perhaps simply ignored. Ultimately ai trust him more than the dealerships to keep my car as good and even better than new. He’s a pearl of a mechanic amongst the many empty oysters I’ve used in the past.
