I brought them a project car that I hit a dead end with. They have been extremely helpful and have provided me with great advice at every step of the way. They've finally got the car up and running for a completely reasonable price. Their expertise in German and exotics is beyond compare. They'll get all of my money for my sports cars!
Replaced my clutch twice but failed to connect the oil cooler line properly allowing the oil to leak out. It cost me over $4000 to have it repaired properly somewhere else after they charged me over $4000. They mismatched parts and left bolts undone. They did not back up their work.
Rotors and pads cost more here than the stealership, its quote included over $1800ish in labor, for rotors and pads 3k total lol EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT(7/18): And my quote for out the door for front and rears was under $2,500, these prices are expected as they use OEM and have ABSURD labor rates but for an independent shop to quote higher than the dealer; while estimating you're likely charging 15-1800 in labor. That's as bad-faith as it gets.
