Not only the worst customer service I have ever experienced but the INOA25 Unit we purchased makes so much noise it can be heard across an entire floor of the house. When seeking help with this we have been treated with total disdain by the U.K. Manager. Avoid for your sanity if there is any other option available to you.
Absolutely unreliable store. Put my name down for Zalto Universal Wine Glasses in March 2021. Due to supply issues there was a wait and I was happy to wait. I was told to get in touch in November 2021. I called the store and my name was not on the list. I re-added my name to the waitlist and then was told to call in January 2022.
