Terrible mechanic would not recommend. Had my parents car for months, constantly made excuses and ignored them when they raised concerns. Only after legal action did they get the car back only to pay thousands more at another mechanic having all the dodgy work he did repaired. Do not recommend using this service. The stress he caused my family was horrible.

Had a family member take in their Mercedes 8 months ago. Still doesn't have the car back, calls and emails went unanswered. Always had an excuse. Week of Christmas received a $12k invoice and Robert is now withholding my car, my car is lucky to be worth $12k. Would never recommend this mechanic to anyone. Stay Clear! Never Ever take your car here!
