Our Fiat was due for a timing belt, drive belt, and water pump replacement, and while other workshops would only provide rough ‘guesstimates’, the guys at Eurocar Garage gave me a detailed and transparent quote upfront. At drop-off, I also requested a spark plug change, and later, during the work, an unexpected part needed replacing.
