Changed my mind with an order and wanted to cancel it, customer service handled it swiftly and refunded me. Great service.
Great experience shopping from their website compared to many others that are evidently uping prices from cheap knock offs. Unfortunately an item I purchased was something that wasn’t 100% clear with the description so I ordered something I didn’t want. FORTUNATELY, as soon as I spoke to someone from the team they jumped on to organise a refund even though I made the mistake. Just goes to show the level of care these guys have and it’s amazing!
Photos on website don’t match items received. Very poor after sales customer service! Update Edit After Owner Reply: 17th August 2026 Photos included to show 2 out of 2 orders were received with different products shown in photo, further supporting my review that website photos don’t match any items received.
