I needed to repair the Thetford toilet on warranty. I could not find anyone to address my concern in Northern Beaches of Sydney. I was heading down to Melbourne via coastal route so I phoned agents in the proximity I was headed. One of the agents I spoke to who wouldn't handle toilets recommended Craig.
