I called them on the phone and asked them if they could fix my Mercedes Benz CLK 430 Convertible top so it would go up and down and the owner said no problem I can fix it. They charged me $200.00 to diagnose the problem and said it needs a new computer and then it will work. They put the new computer in the car?? and it still didn't work and charged me $1,350.00 and told me that the new computer wasn't the problem. My BMW 760LI 2003 was attempted to be repaired by BMW Eugene and Salem Oregon, just to leave it in the worst condition (not drivable at all). Towed it to this shop from Salem to Seattle and they made it work in no time. Charges were very reasonable, 1500 dls as oppose to the Salem BMW that charged me 5000 for replacing parts that were not needed; asked for the parts and they said they throw them (injectors) to the garbage.
