I'm not the kind of person to leave negative reviews. This is probably the first one I've ever left. I bought an adorable little Mini Cooper from Euro Werks, and it's proven to be a really good car so it kinda sucks that I have to leave a bad review. But these people were completely inattentive to an amazing degree. First it was the license plates, which apparently they just forgot to apply for. Would give zero stars. Buyer beware!! Complete waste of money!!! Have had nothing but issues with our purchase. Would suggest having a mechanic give a thorough check on any vehicle you may be looking to purchase from this dealer. Update after Eurowerks' response to my review.... After speaking with Josh [last year], I did, in fact, have the car towed to Eurowerks after it stalled on HWY 36 so it can get looked into. Most fair and affordable mechanics in St Paul. Josh and his team are awesome! I have been using them for years and won't go anywhere else.
My wife and I have been impressed with the great customer service of Josh and his staff. We have been very happy with our Ram Promaster 2500. It’s a super clean vehicle and runs great! Josh went the extra mile to take care of us - especially because of our 50th Wedding anniversary and the treat we received from the legendary Cafe Latte!!
