The worse experience ever! No care for the quality of their service that they provided from July 23! My car was running poorly because they failed to put parts back on my car that are essential to it running properly! Sent away after waiting for an hour and a half and driving an hour and a half, for a total of 3 hours to be sent away to come back next week! No thank you! You are not running a business that i do not care to be any part of!

Not sure what happened to this business. It was once, the best shop in town. But this year there has been a noticeable decline in service and quality. Simple stuff like tire mounting takes weeks/months. A friend's car has been there for over 9 weeks and they haven't even been able to perform a thorough diagnostic. The main guy spends a lot of time at the PUB next door throughout the day. We finally gave up and had them refund us the money and took the car to Reno. :-(
