Not a good experience. They left the cover off my girlfriends headlight housing after they changed the bulb and destroyed the wiring inside. After she tried to talk to them about it they refused to do anything and only wanted another diagnostic fee. We have had more problems with them than the car itself. WOMEN BE WARNED THEY ARE THAT TYPE OF "SERVICE PROVIDER"
Paid over a hundred dollars for headlight change and the tech left case off causing heat damage to wires. Was VERY rude and refused to fix but invited me in for estimate to repair damage he caused. After I had another professional tell me it will cost hundreds to fix damage they caused they talked down to me and told me they were professionals so I didn’t know what I was talking about. Meagan kept in touch with me throughout the entire repair, she was well spoken, polite, and sweet she definitely deserves a raise.
