This company is horrendous. Like many of the reviews you see here, we were promised work completed in 6 weeks (redoing a bathroom) and it was "completed" almost 6 months later (24 weeks!) I put completed in quotes because the bathtub spout still leaks and there are a number of issues they promised to fix that have not been fixed yet. After numerous attempts to contact Tony (the now owner of Euro-tech kitchens) to come back and fix these things, he has decided to ghost me instead. Horrible company.. They took 13,000 dollars from me( which was not the total cost of the kitchen remodel job) and didn't complete the work that portion paid for. The craftsmanship of their products is absolute garbage , this was confirmed to me by two different contractors. They did not come even one time on several different weeks for which I have documented.. They would say they were coming and then not call me or text me to say they couldn't make it and I would be waiting for them. They would ghost me for days when i call... read more
